Io Pendant 1000 is an elongated pendant with a clear glass diffuser through which the light source is visible.

It is hung above dining tables and kitchen islands, where its metre length covers much of the surface. Above a table, leave 70 to 80 cm from the tabletop to the lower edge so the light falls on the plates rather than in the eyes.

The finish comes in chrome or black. Chrome reads lighter and blends into a bright interior; black draws a clear line above the table.

Technical: integrated 20.2 W LED, so there is no bulb to buy or replace; the lamp is dimmable with a trailing-edge phase dimmer, so it serves both as full task light and as a subdued evening mood. IP20 rated, for dry rooms.
