The Flos OK is an extraordinary spotlight that is attached to a flexible steel cable which allows the light to be positioned as desired. The German star designer Konstantin Grcic created the OK as a tribute to the well-known Parentesi designed by the Flos institution Achille Castiglioni. The OK light takes the functional principle of this light classic into the next millennium by means of a modern design and energy-efficient LED technology. The spotlight makes use of almost all essential components of the Parentesi. The ceiling rose used for attaching the light to the ceiling is identical to the component used by Castiglioni for his spotlight. A counterweight on the OK spotlight base ensures stability. Thanks to the earthed safety plug, the OK can be employed everywhere and independent of a ceiling or wall outlet. The spotlights from Flos are manufactured from aluminium, the spotlight housing is made of polyamide and the supporting cable connection is made of steel.
