Designer Davide Groppi's Ohm is an electro-mechanical lighting system, introduced in 2019, that uses a thin, single-conductor wire stretched from wall to wall. The light moves on it like an "acrobat on a thin rope", creating a minimalistic and ethereal effect. The product was selected for the 2020 ADI Design Index.

The design is minimalistic and unobtrusive, focused on the light and not on the lamp itself. It allows freedom and creativity in positioning the light. It consists of individual spot lamps that are suspended on an almost invisible wire. The system allows setting up to four spots on one wire.

Materials: It is made of metal and polyamide (PA), and is available in a matte black finish.

Installation: It can be mounted on the wall or ceiling, and the wire is placed from wall to wall or used as a downlight.
